Meet the Team

The firm is headed by Yasar Khan. Prior to setting up the firm, Yasar qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and had a successful career as a Finance Director working in blue chip companies such as DHL, Novell and PepsiCo as well as SMEs (including one which was 3rd in the Sunday Times Fastrack 100 companies). Throughout his career, Yasar has developed world class finance teams and contributed to the success of those companies. Now Incisive Accountant's client’s benefit from Yasar’s considerable experience.

Lynnette joined the firm in 2011. Her passion for outstanding customer service ensures that the Incisive ethos of continual and relevant contact offers our clients that essential personal touch..

Namrata joined Incisive in 2011 and is team leader in charge of our accounting, bookkeeping and payroll team. Organised yet flexible Namrata and the team are always available to turn around urgent requirements quickly and efficiently without allowing this to affect their scheduled workload.

An astute professional with 7.5yrs experience in payroll and administration, Pooja joined the firm in 2016. She manages all client payroll and auto-enrolment requirements.

Silvia joined Incisive in 2016 with 12 years book-keeping and management accounts experience. She is instrumental in the delivery of clients' VAT returns, management accounts and year-end accounts.
